One has to look no further than “We The People”in the preamble to the Constitution to understand that our Founding Fathers wanted the United States to be about the people and never about the government. If they did not want the people to have a voice then we would have stayed under British Rule and never left that Tyrany that we were under. If our leaders can not uphold our most sacred document which is supposed to be The Supreme Law of the Land, which they take an oath of office to protect and defend it then what are we to do? It is my heartfelt plea to Americans everywhere that this is not the time to be Republican or Democrat but to unite as Americans and stand up and fight. We can not sit idle and allow these wolf’s to devour our civil liberties. This bill has nothing to do with Health Care Reform and everything to do with the right for the people to choose for themselves. I am no Lawyer or Constitutional scholar but I feel as though we are arguing the wrong Amendment to kill this bill. It is my belief our best chance is to argue under the 13th amendment using involuntary servitude as the basis for our arguement. The Federal Government has never been given the power and authority to mandate is to do anything and with this Health Care Bill this would be the greatest form of involuntary servitude in the History of our Country especially since they are going to fine, penalize and in some cases imprison those who do not adhere to there Bill. Harry reid and all of his cohorts shold be exspelled from office and face charges of maximum penalty for there actions during this debate. We can not wait till elections to be heard on this matter because it will be to late. Please let’s fight this with every fiber of our beings and let our voices be heard!!!!!!!
