- IRS Letter of Exemption ~ Effective July 1, 2008 ~ This letter confirms the 501(3)(c) tax exempt status of The Fund for Personal Liberty and donor’s ability to make tax exempt charitable donations to the fund.
- Legal Fine Print for Solicitations ~ The Fund for Personal Liberty has complied with all state solicitation compliance requirements. Some states require that solicitations include a statement. All of the statements are included in this document.
- FY10 Tax Return Form 990 ~ Filed August 16, 2011 ~ This tax return covers dates 6/1/2010 – 5/31/2011.
- FY09 Tax Return Form 990 ~ Filed July 6, 2010 ~ This tax return covers dates 6/1/2009 – 5/31/2010.
