In addition to the individual plaintiffs, the Hall v. Sebelius lawsuit also is being financed by the Fund for Personal Liberty, a national organization dedicated to taking all legitimate action to defend the rights of individuals who have been denied the right to obtain health care services of their own choosing, or have had such rights improperly restricted.

The Fund for Personal Liberty is a 501(c)(3) organization that raises and receives private donations for its Health Freedom projects.
