Your body. Your health. Your choice.

The Medicare Lawsuit seeks to restore your freedom to completely opt out of
Medicare without giving up your Social Security benefits.

Constitution Day

Americans have great pride in the Constitution, a document that clearly delineates the responsibilities of each of the three branches of the United States government. The second paragraph in the Constitution reads:

Article. I. Section. 1. All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.

The Medicare Lawsuit challenges the idea that unelected bureaucrats can create policies that act as law. Nowhere in the Medicare and Social Security statutes will you find a provision that a person who wishes to avoid Medicare shall be denied Social Security benefits. That is a penalty of approximately $250,000.
